Where does the session take place?

In person, in Greater Birmingham, Alabama. I come to you—your office, an offsite location, wherever your team will be most focused. Getting out of the day-to-day environment usually helps, but I'm flexible.

How many people should attend?

Ideally 4-8 people: your core leadership team. One representative from each major function—operations, finance, sales, marketing, etc. Too few and you're missing perspectives. Too many and decisions become difficult. We'll sort this out on the qualification call.
